I know for a fact that Mineplex and Hive both have a pretty strict 'No Mods' rule, regardless of what the mod does. Minimaps are pretty much universally banned on servers with PvP games. Technically no to all except badlion and mcpvp (they may not be allowed, I've just never heard of those servers).
